About the Academy

Developing Athletes.

Future Eagles Sports Academy provides structured rugby development coaching for boys aged 6 to 18 in Windhoek. From foundational skills for young beginners to position-specific coaching for older players, every programme is designed to improve on-field performance while instilling discipline, teamwork, and a competitive spirit that carries beyond sport.

Our Rugby-Wrestling Fusion programme adds a unique physical conditioning layer — drawing on elite wrestling principles to build the core strength, balance, and body control that make a confident and effective rugby player at contact. Wrestling teaches players how to fall correctly, how to absorb impact safely, and how to use body positioning to protect themselves and others during physical play. These fundamentals significantly reduce the risk of injury at contact and give young players the confidence to engage physically without fear. It is the only programme of its kind available in Namibia.

About the Coach

The Person Behind
Future Eagles

The founder of Future Eagles Sports Academy is a former competitive athlete with a background in both wrestling and rugby. Having competed at national and international level, the experience gained through high-performance sport shapes every coaching decision made at the academy.

The goal of Future Eagles is simple — to give every child access to quality, structured sports coaching that builds not just a better rugby player, but a more disciplined, resilient, and confident person. Sport done right teaches lessons that last a lifetime, and that is what this academy is built on.
